We accept returns only if wrong goods were shipped or goods have visible/functional defects. It’s the retailer’s responsibility to check the goods before they retail them. (Where possible)
We allow returns within 14 days from the date courier company claims the package was delivered. Returns that are received after 14th day from the shipment date will not be accepted.
Shipping is non-refundable. We don’t cover return postage and we only refund. (No resending and No exchange)
The refund may take up to 15 business days, to appear as cleared funds.
We do not accept liability for lost packages and goods damaged in transit.
We also issue Credit Notes, which can be used for the next shipments.
You must email us reasons for return, order number, name, shipping address and phone number before returning item. Please do not return items to us without prior notification and return authorisation. Sale / Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please remember that the items you are shipping back should present no evidence of wear. Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging. Items must be in perfect unworn condition with tags, and packaging in place.
The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box, as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free. Same procedure applies for our bags, wallets, and small leather goods.
We cannot accept returns for custom-made orders / products, that have been personalised with name or other brand printed, in cases like corporate gifting.
In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be in their original packaging. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method, once we have received the returned goods. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method.
Upon receiving the shipment, all products will be closely inspected and if we find that they are in an unsuitable condition we will not accept the return. We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item.
Refunds will not be processed unless: –
- The goods are packed in their original packaging and are in a saleable condition.
- The goods are accompanied by our returns email, which must be placed with the goods.
- Please write reason for return and include your invoice/receipt.
- FASHOSTYLE authorisation and confirmation for the same, after all checks are done and the return is accepted.
